Workplace Harmony

Workplace mediation is a collaborative process with the guidance of an impartial person to facilitate jobsite harmony throught the respectful negotation of agreements and conflict resolution. Mediation may address internal issues such as a supervisor and employee conflict or the development of a new program. Mediation may address an external issue such as a consumer-provider complaint, or an organization-to-organization transaction. It's a powerful process that effectively deals with the many interpersonal conflicts that impair harmony and lower productivity.

Many managers and supervisors are trained to deal with individual performance problems, but are unprepared to address performance dilemmas that are due to poor workplace relationships.

Workplace Mediation fills this gap. Tested and proven over many years, it works.

Workplace Mediation can be facilitated by one of our mediators, or we can train a member of your organization to conduct Staff or Managerial mediation. It's wise for you to incorporate Workplace Mediation into your jobsite - it's empowering.
